After suffering
through the death of a loved one, Bella Swan packs up her things
and
moves back to Forks, needing a change of scenery. A few weeks after
settling
in, she reconnects with Alice and Emmett Cullen. Life really
starts to look up, but
something is still missing. More like someone,
and Bella just can’t let it go.
Edward Cullen has
become the black sheep of his family. Living a life plagued by
drug
addiction and violence, he is now a walking shell of the highly educated
and
accomplished man he was three years before. His own family has
turned against
him and would rather have nothing to do with him. With no
one to turn to, no one
to care whether he lives to see another day,
Edward is utterly alone.
Until Bella Swan turns up at his doorstep.
Will she be able to
